My Two Shopping Trips today!

I really needed today’s shopping trips to rekindle my excitement!  For various reasons I haven’t really been shopping  in several weeks.  So I decided to share today’s trips with you!

First Walmart.  Now I rarely shop at Walmart but decided to go today and see how it went.  I was pleased with today’s  results (even though the checker had an attitude, especially when I proved her wrong lol)

Here’s what I bought:

(2) Bags of Iams Dry Cat Food 2 lbs @ $4.67 ea

(10) bags of Whisker Lickens Cat Treats 3 oz 2 $1.07 ea

(4) Colgate Wave Toothbrushes price matched from HEB ad @ $0.99 ea

(1) pk index cards @ $1.24

(1) pk Post It Tabs @$2.97

Total before coupons (without tax) $38.49

Final OOP = 15.14 (In Texas we pay tax on the total AFTER coupons are deducted)

Total savings: $24.50 or 64%!

Now for HEB.  My savings are not as much but they are significant!

Total savings: $34.86 or 40%!
