I “assumed” that the Unilever catalina deal was good until 10/23 based on the date the catalina is good for and based on previous catalina promos that run for 2 weeks.  It may very well still be going on but I did not get a catalina today at the Elgin store.  I have to say that the new manager, Duane, was extremely helpful and very nice.  I received a $5 gift card after showing my receipt because no one was able to verify if the promo was still going on.  All this could be avoided if they would just put the dates in their ads.  The P&G promos usually do have dates but they have run others that did not have a date in the paper but they still ran for 2 weeks.  So ymmv on getting a catalina this week.  I may send an email to HEB to see if I can find anything out.
